Peter and Teresa Short attend Refuge Calvary Chapel HB and are the team leaders in the United States that come alongside Costi and Elizabeth Keenan and Refuge Center in Romania. They run the sister nonprofit, Keenan Refuge Ministries, Inc., in the United States that provides support for the ministry and team in Romania. This support manifests itself through prayer, fundraising, leading short-term mission trips to Romania, and giving guidance to the team both here in the U.S. and in Romania. Their heart is that all the kids that cross their paths know that they matter, and they are deeply loved by them but more so by Jesus.
